SEEDS: Leadership

Mr. Deepak Kumar Mishra serves as the Executive Director of SEEDS, steering the organization’s strategic vision, partnerships, and impact-driven initiatives. With over two decades of leadership in the development sector, he brings deep expertise in project management, research design, M&E, capacity building, documentation, and multi-stakeholder engagement. His extensive work across India including states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi has equipped him with profound understanding of tribal, rural, and underserved communities. He has successfully led numerous large-scale studies, community development programs, and collaborations with government bodies and international agencies. A respected sector leader, Mr. Mishra is an active member of several state and district-level government committees, contributing to policy formulation and implementation frameworks. With both national and international exposure, he remains committed to forging transformative partnerships that foster sustainable, inclusive development and long-term social impact.
