पश्चिमी सिंहभूम (चाईबासा) घोषित हुआ झारखंड का 10वा धूम्रपान मुक्त जिला उपायुक्त ने जिले को अब तम्बाकू मुक्त जिला बनाने का दिलाया संकल्प तम्बाकू नितरां कानून का उलघन करने पर होगी कारवाई कानून के उल्लंघनकर्ताओ के खिलाफ जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस मिलकर चलाएगा सघन अभियान शिक्षण संस्थानों के 100 गज के दायरे में तम्बाकू उत्पाद बेचा तो होगी दंडात्मक कार्रवाई

About Us

Socio Economic and Educational Development Society (SEEDS) is a non profit  organization registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, u/s 12A & 80G of Income Tax Act 1961 Registered u/s 6 (1) (a) of FCRA 1976 with Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs. SEEDS was established in February 2001 with the main aim of bringing sustainable development among the poor and underprivileged. The organization was founded by a group of professionals including social scientists, environmentalists, health experts, technocrats, lawyers and economists, all established in their respective fields.

Since its inception, SEEDS has been engaged in research, evaluation, planning and implementation of various development programmes focused on the marginalized sections of the society and backward areas. We have been working in the field of Rural Development, PRI, Tribal & Dalits, Health, Women Empowerment & Child Development, Capacity building, Research, Documentation and information dissemination etc….

The members of SEEDS have undertaken several studies in different fields, and SEEDS as an organization, draws on the knowledge and expertise of its in-house and associate members to undertake innovative research and studies in the area of socio-economic development. Its major strength is in:

  • Perspective planning, Baseline survey, KAP studies, beneficiaries need assessment etc., at the planning stage
  • Mid-term and concurrent evaluation, IEC material development etc., at the implementation stage
  • Project impact evaluation at the post-implementation stage of the project
